I guess I’m a little weird when it comes to work – I hate the concept of work and have a PhD in procrastination, but I absolutely love concept of efficient organisations. Understanding what makes people (and by extension, teams) tick, to produce great, innovative outcomes is a small passion of mine.
I’ve been fortunate to work with some amazing people across a number of countries and various industries. I’ve worked in large international organisations, national agencies and local authorities in a career that’s taken me from Melbourne, to Paupa New Guinea, and through the Americas.
