Health is an important element to an enjoyable life – and I don’t mean 0% body fat for those washboard abs. Physical and mental health has always been at the forefront of my thinking and I try to incorporate a healthy balance in everything I do. What you won’t see here is specific meal plans or workouts – there are plenty of other sites out there that can provide these services for you.

I’m an advocate for doing what you love – although I’m not always the best at following my own advice. I love food (& the odd drink) and believe it’s important to enjoy what you eat – so you won’t find any articles on depriving you of certain foods, counting calories or any other limitations.

What you will see are reflections on what’s worked for me and how I’ve made decisions on my health. You’ll probably find some meals that I absolutely love and a few cheeky cocktail recipes, too.

I’m not a nutritionist, personal trainer or physiotherapist or any form of health professional. For tailored, personal advice, please consult your local health professional.
